Save-On-Foods in Powell River, BC is hiring a full-time Department Manager for the Bakery. The role leads the department, coaches a team, and drives daily operations to deliver exceptional customer service and protected, engaging merchandising. Experience in retail leadership and merchandising is valued.

You will analyze KPIs, manage training and performance, and implement strategies to grow sales and loyalty while ensuring health and safety standards. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs is required.
