American Eagle Outfitters, Inc. is seeking a full-time Selling Team Leader to act as the Store Team Leader's go-to and drive the daily operations, strategy, and guest experience in our Edmonton, AB location.

You will mentor a team of associates, push sales, maintain brand standards, and deliver exceptional customer service in a quick-paced environment. You will recruit and train staff, provide real-time coaching, and ensure adherence to policies while achieving KPIs and operational excellence.
