What You'll Do

Use your Mandarin or Cantonese language skills every day

As a Banking Advisor, you'll be the first point of contact for customers calling for support with their banking needs. You'll handle approximately 40-60 inbound calls daily while providing exceptional customer service and building trust with every interaction.

You’ll Help Customers With

- Account inquiries and everyday banking questions
- Online and mobile banking support
- Password resets and account access issues
- Credit card and transaction inquiries
- New account openings
- Navigating digital banking tools and self-service options
- Resolving customer concerns quickly and professionally

You’ll also collaborate with internal partners, identify customer needs,



and contribute to a positive client experience that strengthens long-term relationships.

Required Qualifications

What We're Looking For

Fluent in English and Mandarin OR English and Cantonese

Minimum 6 Months Of Customer Service Experience

Comfortable handling a high volume of customer interactions

Available to work versatile shifts, including weekends

Able to work a hybrid schedule (1 day per week in office)

Pay And Benefits

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $25.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
