As an AEO Specialist, you will lead search strategy for a client book. Your work covers technical roadmaps, content priorities, and ranking analysis. You will make strategic decisions across organic search, AI search, and client reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

- Audit crawlability, indexation, site speed, schema, and architecture
- Develop keyword strategies and on-page optimization priorities
- Improve visibility across Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT, and Perplexity
- Manage links, local search, and multi-location SEO
- Report through GA4 and Search Console; maintain quarterly roadmaps

Requirements:

- Three-plus years of hands-on SEO experience
- Experience running audits and implementing SEO fixes
- Fluency with Search Console, GA4, and Screaming Frog
- Experience using Ahrefs or Semrush
- Agency experience managing several clients simultaneously
