This Key Holder supports the Retail Store Manager and Team Lead across daily store operations. Responsibilities include customer service, team guidance, cash handling, inventory management, safety practices, and policy compliance. The position may act as Leader on Duty when needed.

Key Responsibilities:

- Guide team members on store processes and service standards
- Complete opening, closing, cash handling, and security procedures
- Perform inventory counts, variance checks, and product handling
- Maintain merchandising, cleanliness, organization, and brand standards
- Support audits, receiving, logistics, and operational improvements

Requirements:

- One to two or more years of retail experience
- Flexible availability for evenings and weekends
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Initiative and ability to work independently
- First Aid certification or willingness to obtain
