This role offers a unique opportunity to influence learning strategies within a large organization, collaborating with internal stakeholders and external partners to deliver measurable, impactful programs.Pay rate range (CAD): $56.35/hr – $67.62/hrResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement comprehensive learning strategies and multi-year roadmaps aligned with enterprise goalsEngage with business leaders, HRBP, and Learning COE leads to understand evolving learning needs and provide expert advisory servicesLead performance consulting by conducting needs analyses to identify gaps and designing targeted learning solutionsBuild strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure successful onboarding and execution of learning programsManage and coordinate multiple projects, ensuring deliverables are met on time and within scopeIdentify, inventory, and leverage learning assets to support capability development and business outcomesProactively monitor industry trends, incorporate emerging technologies,
