The Production Management Trainee (PMT) Program at McCain Foods is a dynamic, two-year accelerated leadership development track designed to cultivate the next generation of manufacturing leaders. Through structured rotations, trainees gain hands-on experience across manufacturing operations, learning processes, procedures, and safety and quality standards.

Starting June 2027 across Portage, Manitoba; Florenceville and Grand Falls, Recent Brunswick, the program includes optional third-year tracks in
