Drive bilingual accounts receivable collections for McCarthy Tétrault in Montréal through qualified client communication, reconciliations, and accurate follow-up. This hybrid opportunity supports English- and French-speaking requests.

As a Bilingual Collections Coordinator, you will collect outstanding accounts, assist timekeeper collections, and administer filing and correspondence. The position requires French and English, strong Excel skills, and related collections experience. You will coordinate with Billing Analysts, lawyers, Legal Assistants, clients, and Finance teams to resolve account issues.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collect aged accounts by phone, letter, and email
- Develop weekly strategies for overdue high-exposure accounts
- Reconcile accounts and resolve payment discrepancies




- Monitor work-in-progress aging and credit performance
- Prepare exposure reports and maintain Aderant notes

Requirements:

- Post-secondary education in a related field
- Six to ten years of related experience
- Bilingual French and English communication skills
- Strong Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook proficiency
- Excellent negotiation, analytical, and organizational skills
