This Community Specialist executes the store’s community strategy through relationships, events, local studios, and product seeding. You will develop connections with lululemon Ambassadors and influential community partners. You will also provide technical product education and a seamless guest experience on the sales floor.

- Collaborate with store leadership on community strategy and guest experience
- Manage relationships with Ambassadors, studios, and community partners
- Attend, support, and host local and regional community events

- Review community metrics and share recommendations with leadership

Requirements:

- One year of customer service or community-building experience
- Legal authorization to work where the store is located
- Reliable transportation to the assigned store
- Availability for mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to build inclusive skilled relationships
