The department handles approximately 75,000 visits annually and is British Columbia’s third busiest trauma centre. Key Responsibilities:

- Provide emergency medicine care at Royal Inland Hospital
- Participate in the Emergency Physician contract
- Support the Trauma Team Leader program
- Teach medical students and residents at the UBC site
- Participate in journal, quality, and trauma rounds

Requirements:

- Emergency medicine practice eligibility
- CCFPEM, FRCPC, or ABEM credentials encouraged
