Reporting to the Site Manager, the Site Supervisor leads operational tasks relating to the yard. This hands-on manager organizes workflow, communicates expectations, and collaborates with management to improve processes. The position requires leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- Set performance goals and communicate deadlines to employees
- Organize workflow and clarify delegated duties
- Monitor productivity and provide feedback and coaching
- Maintain timekeeping and personnel records
- Ensure adherence to legal and company policies

Requirements:

- Previous experience as a supervisor
- Metal scrap industry experience considered an asset
- Knowledge of commercial trucks and forklifts
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Outstanding organizational and leadership skills
