You will support business valuations, investment fund engagements, audit support, and complex financial instrument valuations. The role combines modelling, valuation reporting, client communication, and collaboration across advisory teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Participate in business valuation engagements for tax and transaction purposes
- Value investment funds and portfolio companies using CBV Institute standards
- Prepare valuation memos supporting fair value and compliance




- Model complex financial instruments using recognized methodologies
- Draft valuation reports and presentations with team support

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business, or related field
- One to two years in audit or valuations practice
- Solid analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Proficiency in Excel and ability to manage multiple tasks
- Willingness to pursue a CBV designation
