Requirements

- Have strong relevant experience focused on transactional work, with exposure to agreements such as MSAs and NDAs.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Strong analytical capabilities and ability to translate legal knowledge into actionable feedback for AI systems.
- Demonstrated interest in innovation at the intersection of law and technology.
