This experienced Project Manager oversees residential and commercial property damage restoration from initial assessment through completion. The work combines site inspections, XactAnalysis, insurance claims workflows, and restoration coordination. Success requires organized project control, professional communication, and practical restoration knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage residential and commercial restoration projects from start to finish
- Inspect sites, assess damage, and develop scopes of work
- Manage claims, estimates, documentation, and adjuster communication in XactAnalysis
- Coordinate technicians, subcontractors, suppliers,



and other trades
- Monitor schedules, budgets, costs, profitability, and project closeout

Requirements:

- At least two years of Project Manager experience
- Property damage restoration experience, including water, fire, flood, and mold
- Working knowledge of XactAnalysis and insurance claims workflows
- Relevant IICRC certification and valid G Ontario driver's license
- Ability to manage multiple projects and travel to job sites
