UBC Geering Up Engineering Outreach is seeking a Recruitment Assistant to support HR processes for hourly staff. The role involves coordinating recruitment, onboarding, and terminations in Workday, while ensuring confidentiality and smooth collaborations with CUPE and department partners.

You will interact with the Geering Up administration team, staff and managers, assisting with posting, screening, and onboarding tasks during peak hiring seasons.
