Vitalant seeks a Laboratory Services Supervisor to coordinate daily technical operations and provide skilled technical support. The supervisor oversees blood product intake, testing, and labeling while supporting quality, compliance, and service goals. This position also performs blood component processing and routine biological sample testing.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise, train, and assess blood product intake performance
- Oversee product testing and labeling activities
- Maintain equipment records and schedule vendor servicing
- Manage quality control records, investigations,



and corrective actions
- Investigate testing, quality control, and maintenance deviations

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in laboratory-related science required
- Medical Technologist certification or CLIA equivalence required
- State licensure required where regulations mandate
- One year of laboratory experience required
- Two years of supervisory experience preferred
