Lead financial planning and reporting with advanced Excel skills in a hybrid role at the University of Niagara Falls Canada in Niagara Falls.

This Financial Planning and Reporting Lead supports accurate financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and management analysis. Reporting to the VP Finance, the position works with Finance, Registration, and operational teams. The role also supports commission administration, financial controls, reporting quality, and management decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Complete assigned month-end and year-end close activities
- Coordinate annual budgeting and forecasting components
- Prepare variance analyses, financial models, and business cases
- Support audits,



reconciliations, and financial data validation

Requirements:

- Degree or diploma in accounting, finance, business administration, or related field
- At least five years of relevant finance or accounting experience
- Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
- Advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and XLOOKUP
- Experience with ERP and financial systems
