This senior position supports a food manufacturing group’s quality assurance and compliance framework. You will audit facilities, assess food safety certification requirements, and guide site management. The work combines in office assessments with remote reporting, analysis, and strategic development.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan comprehensive hygiene audits across food manufacturing facilities
- Assess internal, national, and international compliance requirements
- Identify non-conformities, risks, and improvement areas
- Develop corrective action plans with site management




- Monitor corrective action effectiveness across facilities

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Microbiology, Chemistry, or related field
- Minimum six years’ progressive food safety experience
- Demonstrated food manufacturing audit expertise
- In-depth HACCP, GMP, SSOP, and GFSI knowledge
- Ability to travel extensively, including Kimberley
