Support Indigo customers as a seasonal Customer Experience Representative, using product storytelling and service skills in a part time retail setting.

This part-time seasonal position supports daily store operations within Indigo’s Customer Service department. You will create welcoming experiences, connect customers with products, and help maintain an appealing store. The work includes merchandising, inventory activities, customer feedback, health and safety, and continuous learning.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support store operations before or after closing
- Replenish stock, shelve products, and process merchandise
- Engage customers and curate product collections
- Use products to tell stories and add joy
- Respond to customer feedback and share improvement ideas

Requirements:

- Retail experience preferred, but not required
- Adaptability and willingness to learn store operations
- Ability to remain mobile on the sales floor
- Ability to lift items up to 40 pounds safely
- Open weekend availability and one closing weekday shift
