As part of Shannex’s growing Brand team, you will support communications across healthcare, senior living, and long-term care. You will build relationships, guide community engagement, support media relations, and create content for varied audiences. Your work will strengthen reputation and support strategic priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design strategic plans supporting internal, government, media, and community partnerships
- Lead community engagement strategies that amplify resident and family voices
- Manage issues and support media relations as required
- Analyze sector trends and provide strategic planning insights
- Create briefing notes, speaking notes, and senior leadership materials

Requirements:

- Undergraduate degree or college diploma in communications-related studies
- Minimum five years in progressive communications roles
- Verbal and written communication skills in English and French
- Community engagement or media relations experience or training considered an asset
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel
