The Theatre Manager oversees Amusement, Food and Beverage, Guest Service, and Retail operations. You will maintain company procedures, execute Groups & Events, and cultivate positive morale. The position also involves developing management talent while supporting revenue growth and reporting responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain seamless operations across all venue departments
- Ensure company standards, inspections, and checklists remain current
- Execute Groups & Events within the venue
- Recruit, train, coach, and develop venue management
- Manage budgets, grow revenue, and initiate business projects

Requirements:

- Experience in a similar workplace
- Ability to lead teams during high-volume business periods
- Strong customer analysis and resolution skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Schedule flexibility for extended hours
