This Estimator creates accurate damage appraisals and coordinates repair needs throughout the customer and insurance process. The work includes documenting repairs and parts replacement, updating ASE, and following OEM repair procedures. Success requires insurance-process knowledge, scheduling tools, and collaboration with facility teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Create estimates using Audatex and Mitchell systems
- Assess vehicle damage and document required repairs
- Guide customers through repair processes and updates
- Communicate requests to appropriate team members
- Maintain accurate ASE customer interaction details

Requirements:

- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Basic computer skills
- At least one year complying with DRP requirements
- Knowledge of insurance programs and procedures
- Basic knowledge of Mitchell, Audatex, Alldata, APU, Progi, and Car-Part
