Lead full-cycle recruitment at Crown using market insights and data to attract talent across Toronto, the GTA, and Ottawa. Travel to Crown sites as needed.

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will manage recruitment from intake, sourcing, assessment, and offers through hiring. You will partner with hiring managers, maintain pipelines, and support onboarding. The work also covers HRIS reporting, employer branding, student programs, and Canadian recruitment compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead recruitment from intake through offers and hiring
- Build pipelines through job boards, referrals, networks, and agencies
- Guide interview panels on fair candidate evaluation
- Coordinate onboarding transitions and orientation materials




- Report recruitment metrics and recommend process improvements

Requirements:

- University degree or college diploma in Human Resources Management
- Minimum three years of Human Resources experience
- Robust full-cycle recruitment and talent acquisition experience
- Understanding of Canadian employment legislation and best practices
- HRIS, Applicant Tracking Systems, and Microsoft Office proficiency
