The work covers workforce planning, performance management, training, benefits, compensation, succession planning, and employee engagement. Key Responsibilities:

- Advise leaders on performance management and complex employee relations
- Support workforce planning and local business requirements
- Oversee training programs and evaluate their effectiveness

Requirements:

- At least five years of Human Resources experience
