Health PEI in Summerside is seeking a Casual Addiction Worker to provide person-centered care for individuals with SUD and their support networks. The role integrates with an interdisciplinary addictions team, applying a strength-based, recovery-oriented approach to help clients achieve health goals.

You will work in a house setting at St. Eleanor’s House, perform safety checks, manage medications, and support crisis intervention, with a focus on trauma-informed care and harm reduction.
