Lakeland Co-op is seeking this clerk for its new Home & Farm Centre at 3401 50 Street. You will represent products and services, assist customers, and support sales. The work includes retail operations, merchandise organization, and accurate transactions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build rapport and provide exemplary customer service
- Maintain current knowledge of products and promotions
- Support inventory control, merchandising, and order receiving
- Organize the Home Centre environment and department
- Record transactions accurately using the POS system
Requirements:
- Retail experience and basic retail concepts understanding
- Excellent communication and interpersonal customer service skills
- Self-motivated ability to work with minimal supervision
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift 50 pounds and stand for long periods
