Lead major-gift fundraising for Stella's Place in Toronto, combining donor stewardship and strategic relationship-building within a hybrid senior leadership position.Reporting to the Chief Development Officer, the Director, Major Gifts, advances transformational philanthropic support for Stella's Place. You will manage major-gift prospects, foundations, and corporate partners while leading development staff and cultivating support for young adults.
