Skyline seeks a Maintenance Technician for its Residential Operations team in Kingston, Ontario. You will provide on-demand and preventative maintenance across residential properties, supporting positive living experiences. The work includes minor plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, cleaning, repairs, inspections, and fire life safety systems.

Key Responsibilities:

- Complete maintenance, painting, cleaning, and repairs in occupied units
- Respond to requests, document notes, and communicate property updates
- Prepare vacant suites through cleaning, repairs, and suite turns
- Maintain common areas, building systems, and exterior spaces




- Inspect emergency lighting and fire safety equipment
