As Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, you will lead recruitment for skilled, leadership, and hard-to-fill roles. You will advise executives and HR leaders, guide early talent programs, and strengthen employee lifecycle experiences across Colas Canada’s diverse businesses. The role combines recruitment, coaching, program leadership, and enterprise-wide influence.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead full-cycle recruitment for corporate and leadership positions
- Advise senior leaders through talent mapping and market insights
- Own internships, co-op, campus, and emerging talent programs
- Enhance onboarding, mobility, development, and retention experiences




- Improve talent processes, technology, and AI-enabled solutions

Requirements:

- Five-plus years recruiting professional and leadership roles
- Experience influencing stakeholders across complex organizations
- Expertise in sourcing, pipelines, and labour market intelligence
- Strong consulting, communication, relationship-building, and project management skills
- Experience with ATS platforms and LinkedIn Recruiter
