About the Opportunity
- Process invoices, subscriptions, refunds, and billing adjustments.
- Reconcile customer accounts and payments, resolving discrepancies.
- Respond to billing inquiries and collaborate with internal teams.
- Support accurate financial reporting and billing process improvements.
About You
- Experience in billing or accounts receivable; SaaS billing experience required.
- Proficiency in NetSuite, Zuora SuiteBilling, and Excel.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Salesforce and FloQast experience are assets.
- Post-secondary education in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred.
Pay Range
$30 - $35 / hour
This position for employment is for a current vacancy with Vaco/Highspring’s client.
You must currently reside within the Greater Toronto Area and be permitted to work in Canada to be considered for this chance.
