As an Overnight Assistant Manager, you support the Store Manager and lead daily operations. You coordinate operational plans, merchandise presentation, pricing, safety controls, and asset protection. You also develop Associates, oversee customer service, and support community initiatives.

- Drive sales and profit goals through budget management
- Analyze reports, trends, and community needs for market changes
- Prioritize operations and direct Managers and Associates
