AIM Recycling, a division of American Iron & Metal, is seeking an Administrative and Transportation Clerk for its Sherbrooke site. The full-time position supports daily operations through vehicle weighing, RECY data entry, transportation coordination, and operational administration. You will communicate with customers in French and English while maintaining accurate records and following up with Accounting.

Key Responsibilities:

- Open and close daily operations, managing cash and reports
- Welcome customers and provide pricing information by phone
- Weigh vehicles and prepare scale tickets and delivery slips




- Dispatch trucks and track shipments throughout transportation activities
- Manage tickets, invoices, shipments, and Accounting follow-ups

Requirements:

- Positive knowledge of Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Comfort providing customer service in person and by phone
- Organized approach with ability to manage priorities
- Autonomous, reliable, and comfortable working within a team
- Comfort communicating in both French and English
