Drive industrial equipment sales with JM Test as an Outside Sales Representative, using consultative selling and extensive travel across Alberta and British Columbia.

This role develops new business for instrumentation, calibration, repair, and rental solutions. You will challenge customer assumptions, diagnose testing inefficiencies, and tailor proposals for industrial clients. The position reports to the Vice President of Sales and supports advancement into senior sales, management, or strategic roles.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prospect through cold outreach, networking, and industry events
- Diagnose industrial testing problems and recommend tailored solutions
- Conduct onsite demonstrations and negotiate customer contracts
- Achieve quarterly quotas and maintain accurate customer relationship management data




- Share market insights and mentor junior team members

Requirements:

- Three or more years of outside sales experience
- Experience with industrial equipment, instrumentation, or business-to-business sales preferred
- Consultative selling and Challenger Sales expertise
- Valid driver's license, passport, and extensive travel readiness
- Solid communication, negotiation, problem-solving, and customer relationship management skills
