Support managers across RONA affiliated dealer locations as a Human Resources Advisor specializing in employee relations and HR compliance.

Reporting to the General Manager, you will coordinate sound human resources practices across locations. The work includes advising managers, preventing risks, supporting employee development, and fostering a healthy work workplace. You will also coordinate recruiting, onboarding, training, safety, disability management, and HR administration.

Key Responsibilities:

- Advise managers on performance, attendance, conflicts, discipline, and workplace climate
- Coordinate staffing, selection, onboarding, probation, and employee follow-up
- Manage occupational injury and disability files with relevant partners




- Monitor HR indicators and recommend process improvements
- Maintain employee files, movements, benefits, policies, and procedures

Requirements:

- Education in human resources, industrial relations, or related field
- Relevant human resources experience in generalist advisory work
- Multi-site or retail environment experience considered ideal
- Proficiency with computer tools and HR systems
- CHRP or CIRC designation considered an asset
