As a Junior Associate in Order Management and Logistics, you will manage sales orders, specifications, inventory, and shipments. The work combines customer service, freight operations, customs compliance, and payment processing. You will also support sales teams through reliable data and timely updates.

Key Responsibilities:

- Process sales orders and specifications accurately in NetSuite
- Monitor inventory, production plans, lead times, and customer timelines
- Prepare invoices, communicate deposits, process payments, and distribute receipts
- Coordinate freight quotes, documents, bookings, pickups,



and customs requirements
- Process complaints, returns, and credit memos in NetSuite

Requirements:

- Customer service and logistics experience, including freight operations
- Knowledge of carrier management and customs compliance
- Robust written, verbal, and interpersonal communication abilities
- Technical proficiency with NetSuite, EDI, and productivity software
