HGR Graham Partners LLP in Midland seeks an experienced Law Clerk for our Corporate and Commercial practice. This full time permanent role supports lawyers with day-to-day corporate work, including documents, contracts, and client communications.

The ideal candidate will have a Law Clerk diploma, 3–5 years of hands-on experience, and excellent organizational and communication skills. Proficiency with Word/Outlook/Excel and tools like LEAP, Teraview, and Unity is expected.
