Lead regional insurance operations at Sedgwick in Hamilton, managing field performance, growth, profit, WIP turnover, quality, and AR. This full-time position supports regional leadership. The Regional Vice President manages a designated region under the COO with minimal supervision. You will develop the territory, oversee operations, build new business, manage budgets, and develop Managers and Team Leads. The position requires insurance expertise, leadership, and strong analytical capability. Key Responsibilities:
