Provide advanced foot care as a part-time Registered Practical Nurse with VHA Home HealthCare across Central and Toronto Central regions. Use nursing assessment and care coordination in visiting community settings. VHA’s RPN role delivers home health nursing services to diverse clients, families, and groups. This program serves community clinics, long-term care homes, and home-based settings. You will provide prevention, treatment, and ongoing foot care management while following College of Nurses of Ontario standards, VHA policies, and community health nursing practice.
