You will verify applicant information, process income documents, and resolve missing items while meeting service standards and turnaround times. The position requires communication with dealerships and employers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Review applicant income and employment information
- Process income and trailing documents received
- Follow up with dealerships about pending or missing items




- Contact employers to corroborate applicant information
- Update customer interactions, accounts, and files

Requirements:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical, arithmetic, investigative, and listening skills
- Exceptional attention to detail under urgency
- Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook proficiency
- Lending, automotive, or financial services experience preferred
