This fixed-term contract Security Officer role supports Casino Niagara and Fallsview Casino Resort. You will maintain public order, enforce safety rules, control gaming-floor access, and respond to emergencies. The position requires cooperation in a unionized setting and respectful service for diverse patrons and associates.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain public order and enforce security and safety rules
- Inspect identification and prevent prohibited gaming-floor entry
- Conduct bag checks for prohibited items




- Investigate incidents and prepare detailed security reports
- Assist emergency responses, escorts, and intoxicated guest removals

Requirements:

- Related diploma or equivalent experience
- Valid Ontario security license, First Aid, CPR C, and Smart Serve
- Valid Ontario G licence
- Strong communication and tactful de-escalation skills
- Security report-writing and statement experience
