Blackline Safety Corp. is expanding its Client Success team in Calgary, seeking a Customer Success Manager dedicated to building lasting client relationships and driving value from our software offerings.

You will bridge sales and support, coordinate renewals, and identify growth opportunities across strategic accounts. The role requires 3–5 years in CSM, a business or marketing background, and proven ability to manage complex renewals with a customer-centric, data-driven approach.
