As Theatre Manager, you will maintain Company standards while overseeing Amusement, Food and Beverage, Guest Service, and Retail operations. You will guide venue management, execute Groups & Events, and support business performance. The role requires financial awareness, relationship building, and schedule flexibility.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain seamless operations across all venue departments
- Keep checklists, inspections, and facility standards current
- Execute Groups & Events within the venue
- Recruit, train, coach, and develop venue management
- Manage budgets, grow revenue, and initiate business projects

Requirements:

- Experience working in a similar workplace
- Ability to lead teams during high-volume business periods
- Strong conflict resolution, negotiation, and objection handling skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Flexibility to work extended hours as required
