Apply detailed quality control expertise at PreCon’s Woodstock plant, interpreting complex drawings and inspecting structural precast concrete products. Safety compliance remains central.

As Quality Control Specialist, you will review plans and specifications while ensuring completed work meets engineering and project requirements. The position requires complex drawing interpretation, reinforcement measurement, concrete testing, and disciplined adherence to established procedures. You will communicate with Engineering, Drafting, and other departments throughout projects.

Key Responsibilities:

- Interpret complex engineering drawings, layouts, sections, and elevations
- Inspect formwork, reinforcement, hardware, and welded components
- Cast, test, and inspect precast concrete structures




- Monitor manufacturing quality against designs and specifications
- Complete reports, testing, calibration, and project records

Requirements:

- Civil or Engineering diploma, or related field
- Pre-stressed precast and quality inspection experience
- Ability to interpret complex drawings and setup requirements
- AutoCAD and three-dimensional modeling experience
- ACI or PCI certification, or willingness to pursue
