The Facilities Associate supports daily workplace operations, maintenance, and hospitality functions. You will coordinate vendors, create service tickets, inspect facilities, and communicate project updates. The role supports a safe, clean, and efficient environment for employees and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate routine maintenance, repairs, and renovations
• Identify issues, create service tickets, and follow through
• Coordinate vendors, suppliers, materials,

• Conduct facility walkthroughs and regular safety inspections
• Support workplace services, reception, and print functions

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• One or more years of facilities support experience preferred
• Basic facility operations and maintenance knowledge
• Microsoft Office and workplace technology familiarity
• Robust communication, organization, and customer service skills
