As a Warehouse Lead Person, you will train, monitor, and evaluate assigned personnel on the warehouse floor. You will lead receiving, warehousing, and shipping while supporting company service and cost objectives. The position emphasizes warehouse management systems, safety, coaching, and lean thinking.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead receiving, warehousing, and shipping activities
- Train personnel on warehouse management systems

Requirements:

- High School diploma or GED
- Strong organizational skills
- No steps of discipline
- Ability to lift up to 60 pounds regularly
- Ability to stand and walk extensively
