Optimize inbound and outbound routes using RoadNET and Excel within Flanagan Foodservice’s Transportation Department. Support accurate planning, delivery performance, and resource utilization.

The Logistics Coordinator executes daily route planning and maintenance for transportation operations. This position reports to the Logistics Outbound Supervisor and supports route efficiency, customer service, and cost effectiveness. Responsibilities include routing tools, operational reporting, and real-time decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan inbound and outbound transportation routes
- Review delivery network changes and recommend approvals
- Maintain standard routes using recent operational history
- Balance driver hours, equipment, cube, and delivery windows
- Monitor exceptions, failures, and capacity constraints

Requirements:

- Transportation or logistics experience preferred
- Foodservice experience is an asset
- Advanced Excel, Word, and Outlook skills
- Experience with PeopleNET or RoadNET is an asset
- College diploma or equivalent experience preferred
