You've successfully managed cross-functional project teams of designers, developers, and strategists through complex technical builds and high-impact digital products, from inception to launch. Working with senior leadership and client partners, you'll own execution quality, process optimization, resource allocation, and timeline accountability across a portfolio of digital and AI engagements.What You’ll Do Manage the end-to-end execution and technical delivery of digital and AI initiatives, taking ownership of timelines, scope, resources, and budgetsLead daily delivery cadence across cross-functional product, design, and engineering teams to maintain momentum and ensure high-quality outcomesPartner closely with client teams and product owners to establish clear delivery roadmaps, milestone tracking, and transparent reportingProactively identify execution risks, technical bottlenecks, and scope shifts, implementing mitigation strategies before they impact deliveryOptimize agile delivery frameworks, governance models,



and team workflows to maximize quality and velocity across complex projectsOversee sprint planning, backlog refinement, standups, and retrospectives, ensuring continuous improvement in team performanceDrive delivery quality standards, ensuring client solutions meet technical, design, and performance requirementsCollaborate with consulting leadership to manage team capacity and plan resource allocation for upcoming project phasesIntegrate modern AI tools and automated delivery practices into team workflows to enhance productivity and delivery efficiencyMentor Digital team members, fostering a culture of operational excellence, accountability, and continuous learningQualifications 5+ years of relevant experience in technical project management, delivery management, or agile program leadership within a digital consulting or product environmentProven track record of managing complex end-to-end digital and AI product deliveries across multi-disciplinary teamsStrong understanding of software development lifecycles, agile/scrum methodologies, and modern technical architectures, including AI/ML integrationsExceptional organizational, risk management, and problem-solving skills, with a focus on operational rigorExcellent written and verbal communication skills,
