Public Outreach is hiring fundraisers for its Calgary team, with full-time and part time schedules available. You will start conversations, explain humanitarian, environmental, human rights, and social justice campaigns, and inspire monthly donations. Paid training and ongoing coaching support development.

Key Responsibilities:

- Start conversations in public spaces and residential neighbourhoods
- Share information about important nonprofit campaigns
- Explain how ongoing donations support nonprofit programs
- Inspire individuals to become monthly donors
- Work toward individual and team fundraising goals

Requirements:

- Commit to at least 21 hours weekly
- Work at least three full seven-hour shifts
- Stay motivated when people decline conversations
- Remain comfortable walking, standing, and climbing stairs
- Work outdoors in all safe weather conditions
