Bachelor's degree in a related field Four-plus years' business development experience in construction, engineering, or design Ability to identify, prioritize, organize, and track construction projects Robust communication and interpersonal skills Occasional travel and deadline-driven quality focus Apply relationship-building, CRM, capture planning, and proposal skills to advance construction pursuits and support corporate growth efforts.
