GDI provides integrated facility maintenance services across the United States and Canada. This Part Time janitor position cleans hard floors, carpets, washrooms, common areas, offices, and apartment suites. You will use cleaning tools, work between two buildings, and report facility defects to supervisors.

Key Responsibilities:

- Sweep, mop, and wash interior floors, stairs, and surfaces
- Clean bathrooms and restock paper supplies daily
- Collect building trash and replace container liners
- Deep clean apartment suites, appliances, bedrooms, and washrooms
- Monitor defects and report issues to supervisors

Requirements:

- Ability to use cleaning tools and equipment
- Must have own transportation
- Ability to take direction and work independently
- Cooperative approach when functioning as part of a team
- Ability to pass a Criminal Background Check
